John has more than 40 years of performing ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, construction building and site surveys, civil engineering design surveys, and GPS and GIS mapping and lidar surveys. At LiRo-Hill, John directs and manages office and field surveyors, contract and financial administration, client responsibilities, and business development opportunities.

Prior to joining LiRo-Hill, John was the former associate partner at Sidney B. Bowne & Son, LLP, spearheading a new survey division culture that exceeded former employee performance rates, improved client satisfaction to high levels and earned repeat business, and steadily increased annual revenues.
