At LiRo-Hill, Frank oversees the MEP/Telecom Business Unit, managing all MEP/Telecom activities for the company in New York, New Jersey, and Boston. With over 35 years of experience in senior management of multidisciplinary engineering projects, he has excelled as an executive in designing systems across various disciplines, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. His technical expertise encompasses medium and low voltage power distribution, lighting, grounding, power quality, and life safety systems.
His experience spans a wide range of commercial, industrial, utility, and civil infrastructure projects, including educational and healthcare facilities, office buildings, parking garages, retail spaces, hotels, casinos, municipal buildings, operable bridges, and military installations. He also possesses extensive expertise in renewable energy systems, particularly solar photovoltaic technologies. Additionally, he has successfully managed numerous LEED projects featuring energy-efficient solutions, such as ground source heat pumps (geothermal systems).
Frank earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University. He holds a Professional Engineer license in New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Hampshire, Virginia, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Additionally, he is a certified Project Management Professional and a Design-Build Professional.
