Steve has more than 40 years of experience in human resources. At LiRo-Hill, he is responsible for overseeing all activities of the Human Resources Department, and has established a strong Human Resources organization and staff that has improved the recruitment function, expanded the benefits programs and provided responsive HR support to the entire LiRo-Hill organization.

Steve’s background spans numerous industries, including construction management, technology, and consumer packaging.

Steve received his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
