LiRo-Hill is a leading provider of disaster response-related services. In just New York and New Jersey, LiRo-Hill has been part of significant transformational projects that includes 9/11 World Trade Center cleanup and subsequent recovery efforts and Superstorm Sandy-related work to revitalize more than 6,000 upstate and downstate locations. Our team has worked on infrastructure, redevelopment, and adaptive reuse programs and complex programs requiring extensive public outreach, planning, environmental, and economic impact studies.

This experience brings added value to our clients in their efforts to rebuild more resilient structures with FEMA and Community Development Block Grants-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds to be better protected against future threats while introducing economic development opportunities to the impacted communities. Our team is knowledgeable in maximizing federal funding opportunities as well as providing assistance with program reporting and compliance.
Our scope and expertise includes the fullest range of disaster recovery services: planning, project worksheets, policies, strategic guidance, information management systems, estimating, program management, design, and construction management.

Our LiRo-Hill Recovery Manager software serves as a central data warehouse for our recovery team. Expandable and scalable, the software allows all team members to share data and status of applicants including communications log, assessment appointments, environmental review status, award amount, and clarifications/ appeals.
