For more than three decades, LiRo-Hill has provided construction management and related professional services for hundreds of projects for the MTA. Ranging in size from the construction inspection services for the No. 7 Subway Extension and East Side Access to individual environmental assessment task orders, our multidisciplinary, experienced staff has repeatedly shown that they can meet the myriad challenges that transit projects present.

Our infrastructure work also includes smaller scale projects in local communities. In addition to line structures and track projects, our team is experienced in the construction of rail shops, yards, stations, and maintenance facilities.
