This past Sunday, September 15^th, we proudly joined district leaders, community members, and local officials to celebrate the official launch of Swampscott’s brand-new $100 million elementary school. After nearly two years of construction, this state-of-the-art facility opened its doors to over 700 students for the 2024-2025 school year, becoming a cornerstone for the town’s youngest learners.

LiRo-Hill is honored to have served as the Owner’s Project Manager on this remarkable project. From cutting-edge classrooms and geothermal energy systems to the innovative “cafetorium” and vibrant community spaces, this school is designed to inspire and support generations to come.
