About the Project

LiRo-Hill is providing project management services for the rehabilitation of a two-story, 44,000 sf commercial building, a 22,000 sf addition, and a 2,000 sf bank branch. The project will serve as the new corporate office, helping to expand the company’s regional offices. In addition to housing the senior management team, the building will also include several administrative departments.
